🔁 Returns & Exchanges – All Products

You are entitled to a refund or exchange on any item if:

  • You notify us within 7 working days of receiving your order.

  • The item is returned to us in its original, unused condition within 14 working days of delivery.

We recommend using a tracked postal service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Reindeer hides are delicate, natural products with unique characteristics. While we take great care in sourcing high-quality hides, occasionally shedding may occur, particularly if exposed to direct heat sources (e.g. underfloor heating, radiators, fireplaces).

🔄 Our Reindeer Hide Guarantee:

If your reindeer hide begins to shed within 6 months of purchase, we will happily replace it with a like-for-like hide, subject to the following:

  • The hide has not been exposed to excessive heat or moisture.

  • You provide photographs and a brief explanation of the issue.

Please note:
Shedding is not considered a fault — it is a natural process that may occur when a hide begins to dry out. To prevent this, keep your hide away from heat sources and handle it gently.
